Residential Support provides a simple, flexible solution to managing property UK wide. Our free to use online system allows you to book viewings, property photography, floor plans, access and so much more in a few easy clicks - regardless of where you are or the time you're booking it.

Where do you currently operate?

Our services operate throughout the British Isles, including Northern Ireland, Jersey, and includes all surrounding islands too.

Do you only provide viewings during office hours?

No, Residential Support is there for you when you need us most. Our Attendants operate from 8am through to 8pm, 7 days a week. This gives you the opportunity to market property when potential tenants or buyers want to view. We know that by offering viewings to your customers at 'out-of-office' hours we'll help you to sell or let your properties faster.

What can I use your Access Services for?

Any reason at all! Anyone authorised by you can have access to the property. Surveyors, Tradesmen, Utility Companies, Tradesmen, Carpet Fitters and anyone else.

How does it work?

Once you've registered to use the service, you can start booking jobs immediately. Just add a property from your dashboard, pick a service and time,  and you're away. When keys are needed for access, we generally recommend booking your viewing 2-3 days after posting the keys to us. When we have the keys in our possession you can also book any same day service. When the service is complete we will secure the property and follow your instructions regarding the keys - we can either hold on them until the property is let or sold, or send them straight back.

How does your key management work?

Our key management process is secure and fast. We can collect the keys from you for a small fee or you can have them delivered to us (which is a cheaper option). Clients can send copies of the keys to us, guaranteed next day to our office.

We use an internal postal system to ensure keys are delivered to our Attendants speedily and securely. All keys are sent with a unique code (given at time of your booking). This code allows the keys to be sent without any addresses, ensuring the security of the property whilst keys are in transit.

Upon completion of the appointment you can:

  • Arrange to Hand keys over, to the tenant/buyer/other nominated, in person (fee applicable)
  • Request the keys to be sent to an address by post (free, and a signed for postal service).

Do I always need to send the keys?

No, this is only required when the property is vacant or when the occupier is not available for access (post-notification of access required).

How long is a viewing, and how many people can attend?

The allotted time for a viewing is 15-20 minutes, which is normally sufficient. If the appointment runs over slightly (this is expected occasionally) there is no extra charge. The single viewing service is intended for one viewer or couple only. Subsequent viewings can be added to the first booking for a reduced fee.

Are your Attendants trustworthy?

We know trust is essential. Our success is built on the core values of integrity, trust and respect.

Residential Support spent a year prior to the initial launch recruiting the most suitable people in the industry. We believe we have sourced the best possible professionals to ensure we can deliver on these core values for our customers.

Each Attendant is insured to £1m in Public Liability Insurance. They have also been background checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service (a new version of the Criminal Records Bureau check) or with a CRB check itself.

What is Public Liability insurance?

Public liability insurance protects your home and its contents when are Attendants enter your property. In the event of any accidents or damage we are insured up to one million pounds by an accredited member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
