Accompanied Viewing

Our number one service for Agents and Landlords allows you the freedom to manage property from anywhere in the UK. With access to our property team nationally, your viewers will experience a professional service wherever the property is located. Our attendants work on your behalf to ensure viewings are conducted to a high standard, and provide feedback from every appointment.

Attended Access

From regular property inspections to access for vacant properties we have it covered. Whether you want to allow entry to a property for a builder, or to have satellite TV fitted, you'll never have to travel again. Our access services are there to allow you to manage your properties from your location. Other reasons you may want to use us:

• An Asset Manager needs to clear the junk mail that's built up, and check the boiler at a property that's 200 miles away (this is common!).
• A Landlord needs to check up on some of his buy-to-let properties, and wants photos of any repairs needed.
• A Utility Supplier cannot enter the premises unaccompanied during working hours because there are under-16's in the property.
• An On-line Agent needs to allow entry to a RICS surveyor, or needs a builder or to check repairs required on a vacant property.
• A member of the Council need to arrange access for a tradesman to complete a repair on a vacant property. This may involve checking that the property is left clean upon completion, and that no damage has taken place.

Marketing Packs

Photography: Residential Support does not use Energy Assessors to conduct their photography. Each of our photographers uses high end professional equipment with specific guidelines to ensure you receive a superior set of images. We don't just offer you ten images per property, instead we offer as many as possible, allowing you to choose from those you'd like to use. So where some of our competitors may offer a cheap photography service provided by Energy Assessors, we're proud to offer a service that you'll be proud to use. Our prices are set at one price across 99% of the territory we work in too.

We offer elevated photography services for those properties that require further panache during marketing.

Floor Plans: are offered either as part of a marketing pack or as a stand alone service.

Energy Performance Certificates

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) are the Government's chosen way of complying with the Energy Performance of Building Directive (EPBD). Its purpose is to record how energy efficient a property is. The certificate will provide a rating of the energy efficiency and CO2 emissions of a building from A to G, where A is very efficient and G is very inefficient.

An EPC produced by Residential Support is always accompanied by a recommendation report that lists cost effective and other measures (such as low and zero carbon generating systems) to improve the energy rating of the building.

Vacant Property Services

Residential Support can carry out vacant property checks to ensure your property is ready to sell, let or return to.

This includes:

• Checking the security of the property. Including doors, windows, garages and rear access
• Igniting the boiler to ensure it is working correctly
• Clearing away any junk mail
• Tidying the property
• Customisation to suit your requirements.
